Our Guarantee
Please check to see if any warranty is offered in the Returns and warranties line above. We attempt to describe items to the best of our ability but due to subjective terms of antique items we must request that you ask questions prior to bidding. The buyer will have 48 hours after receiving the item to contact us with any question regarding item received. If we do not hear from the buyer within 48 hours, we will consider the sale completed in a satisfactory mode.
Return Policy
If an item does have a return policy, the buyer must contact us at 800-670-4095 within 48 hours of delivery confirmation for return consideration. Please check Returns and Warranties Section. If a refund is approved, any refund will be less any and all fees incurred - there will be no refund of any fees incurred by White Harbor for this auction such as shipping, processing, packaging, pickup fees or PayPal fees. Please allow up to five business days for any refund to be processed. PLEASE NOTE: If we find that a returned item does meet with our listing description, or you just changed your mind - we will refund the payment minus shipping, fees and a 20% handling charge.
Non-Paying Bidder’s: If we do not receive the full amount (auction, shipping & handling), we reserve the right to leave negative feedback and will contact eBay to inform them of your non-paying bidding status. We will refund 75% of any partial payments made if not all funds are delivered.
Canceled Sales
Sales canceled after the auction has ended, are subject to a restocking fee.
